Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 25 percent (%25)restocking fee.
The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. If you refuse to accept an order, Tile Mosaic Direct will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return.

Any claim made after 3 days of delivery is not acceptable, such as: we received but did not open, installation did not start yet etc. More than 5% you must provide photos and proof of broken pieces. 3-5% broken pieces are are acceptable. Customers are required to inspect all received products for damage within 3 days from the date of delivery. If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us immediately. 
If seller is not at fault, customer is responsible for return Shipping Costs.Please note that Shipping Cost is not refundable.It should be in original packed condition.

Only full returns will be accepted after other conditions being approved.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. To obtain a RMA number contact us at Must not be a special order or a custom order. Original sales receipt and an RMA (returns material authorization form) must accompany all returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
